The Business

DayloTrading sells access to Simon Day. He is the face, the live trader, and the entire content engine — Instagram and YouTube feed a Discord where members watch him trade in real time. The core offer is BIA$, a $150/month community fronted by a free trial, with a lifetime-plus-course tier that moved from $1,500 to $2,000. Simon creates and trades. Everything between the attention and the money is built and run for him.

He came in at effectively zero: fourteen paying members, $2.1k on the board, no infrastructure capable of holding a $150/month offer. The following had not broken out and there was no scoreboard telling him what was working. The bottleneck was destination — story CTAs were landing in front of 38,000 people and converting one trial, because there was no VSL that looked like a real offer on the other side of the click. Every additional view he earned was demand with nowhere to land.

What We Did

The single largest move was giving his attention something worth converting on: the Authority Ascension Funnel, anchored by a rebuilt VSL — Flywheel presentation, Leaf3 on the slides, a page built to close instead of explain. Under it we stood up ManyChat DM capture, the trial-to-paid path, and the lifetime promo path so both price tiers had their own route. We repackaged the YouTube and story layer to point at that page, set the Discord cadence that keeps new members active, and put a weekly KPI snapshot behind all of it so cash, MRR, and conversion sat on one sheet instead of in his head.

The Results

From $0 to $26k+ MRR, Instagram to 138,000, with 80,000 of those followers added in a single three-month stretch. The offer converted the moment it had a real page in front of it: 20% of free trials went paid, and one sitting produced $3k in three days — a lifetime sale stacked with $1,500 of new recurring. May cleared $10k net before the newer lead flow had even warmed up, which is what the growth curve was already pricing in.

The Business

DodgysDD is Ryan Wilson, the iFVG guy — the trader, the face, and the reason people join. He sells a monthly live-trading community fronted by a free trial, later opened at a $35/mo entry, with YouTube, short-form, and Discord as the front door. Ryan trades. The acquisition and back-end machine is operated for him.

This was a good business already stuck under its own operator. Ryan was posting, running his Discord, and personally handling the funnels, the conversions, and the back end. That made him the constraint: content consumed the day, and every hour spent producing was an hour not spent fixing the paths that turned viewers into members. Volume was going up and the business was not moving with it.

What We Did

The lever was distribution volume he no longer had to touch — a short-form engine pushing 3 shorts a day across 3 platforms with hooks and scripts optimized weekly. Under that we built the Discord funnel and free trial on the live-trading monthly so the new reach had a paid destination, mined his long-form for HVCOs — checklists and cheat sheets — and installed email onboarding and cancel journeys to hold the members it produced. Then we took the funnel and Discord scale off his plate entirely so his only job was trading.

The Results

$43k to $103k+ MRR in 90 days, and higher since. Reach did the work first: zero to 100k+ followers and 1.4 million views in 47 days, pushing Discord to 5.5k members. The funnel converted that traffic instead of leaking it — better than 10% of joins went paid and roughly half of free trials converted. He felt the change inside the first month.

The Business

JackTrades is Jack Gretzema, a four-year trader running this full time. He sells access to a live-trading Discord at $100 a month with a 7-day free trial, and Instagram is his largest platform and primary front door. He trades and services members. The audience targeting, pricing, and funnel are run for him.

The membership was $50 a month with no live trading — alerts only — and the content was pulling the wrong people. Posting was inconsistent and skewed toward beginner brain rot, which attracted broke viewers who had not committed to trading. TikTok views looked fine at about 41,000 monthly impressions across platforms, but the avatar was wrong, so the traffic could never support a real price. His own read: he was not targeting the right type of audience.

What We Did

The lever was audience, not reach — we swapped his content to the viral checklist format built to hit problem-aware traders instead of beginners. With the right people arriving, we repriced the offer to $100, cancelled the legacy $50 memberships, and opened live trading behind a 7-day trial so the higher price had something to justify it. Under that went the standard funnel: link-in-bio, VSL, comment-keyword lead magnets, IG stories twice a week, and trial-usage emails. Everything outside trading and service delivery came off his hands.

The Results

$2.8k to $18k in 37 days. The content swap did the heavy lifting — monthly impressions went from 41,000 to 1.9 million in about a month and Instagram 4x’d — and because those viewers were the right avatar, roughly 20% of free trials converted at double the old price. He later peaked at $45k MRR while doing nothing but trading and running the service.

The Business

Lee Jacobs runs The Creative Trader out of Chicago, teaching trading through his own Confirmation Model. The core offer is low ticket at $98/month, with a $20/month indicator underneath it as a second recurring line. He is both the face and the mechanism — the model is the reason people buy.

He launched from scratch in late December: zero followers, zero revenue, and no marketing background. He shopped other marketers and was immediately disappointed, so he wanted to DIY first and build enough data and social proof to have a foundation before the next step. He bought December 15th with nothing to scale — no audience, no funnel, no proof.

What We Did

The lever was making his Confirmation Model the unique mechanism and building content that carried it — hook structures, problem-aware targeting, and split-screen format, executed at volume across 43 to 50 posts. Under that we plugged in the full Business Grower system so the new attention had somewhere to convert: link-in-bio, the HVCO funnel, the free trial, and email sequences running behind all of it.

The Results

Two weeks after launch he was past 6,000 Instagram followers with multiple videos over 100K views, then past 10k in 31 days and 12k by post 43. Revenue followed the same curve: by day 45 he was at 13,000 followers and $15–20k collected on hundreds of course sales, with the indicator adding $2k recurring inside a month and a half. He now sits at 34k followers and over $30k/month, with 10.5 MRR across 100 members.

The Business

Coach Bri is Bri Hollis, the face of a trading brand whose real product is not signals — it is a done-for-you automated system that passes prop-firm accounts and collects payouts without the client at the screen, backed by a refund if it does not perform. It sells around $3k, financed from a 600 credit score across 36 months, so clients carry $80 to $100 a month plus $50 for the prop account. Bri fronts the offer and the audience. The bot does the trading.

She had the audience and she had the product, and she was not really selling. Content went out at roughly 10k views a post, not millions, and there was no structure to convert any of it. The bottleneck was the absence of a sales system: a $3k refund-backed offer cannot be moved by a link in a caption, so views were the only output the business produced. More reach would have changed nothing.

What We Did

The lever was putting a high-ticket sales process behind an offer that already deserved one: VSL, a long application, calendar, pre-call VSL, then SMS and email reminders, with setters on speed-to-lead and closers running hour-long Zooms. Then we re-engineered the content to feed it — built for problem-aware traders talking about prop firms, fair value gaps, and payouts, not 9-to-5 hooks arguing that trading is real. The content qualified, the application filtered, and the calls closed.

The Results

From $5k a month to $165,760.85 in a month, with almost no views. That came from qualification, not traffic: 7% of VSL viewers completed the long application, and 66% of those leads booked through the funnel alone — some of the strongest lead-to-book we have run. Roughly half showed, and the closers held a 30 to 40% close rate on an hour-long call.

The Business

Sean Rechtman is the face and the trader behind Options Cartel, a paid options community fed by a free Discord. His audience sits mainly on Twitter with Instagram as the secondary engine. He calls the trades; the offer architecture, the free-trial and HVCO scripts, and the Discord structure were written and installed for him.

$31.2k MRR and flat. The list produced 1,200 MOFU emails in 30 days, and 21% of them started a trial — a strong rate on thin volume, which is the tell. He was not consistently CTA’ing, so MOFU stayed low no matter how much attention the account got. On the other end, 22% churn was eating the members the funnel did produce, and 723 new Discord joins from Oct to Nov were not enough to outrun it. Capture and retention were both broken, so more traffic would have leaked out both sides.

What We Did

The lever was CTA discipline — a lead-magnet funnel carried by emotional CTA copy instead of “reply checklist,” with every Instagram reel carrying a CTA and stories running exactly 2 days a week; we tested 4 and MOFU dropped, so we held the line at 2. Then we restructured the free Discord to convert on its own: FOMO channels free members can see but not join, the free role stripped on upgrade, and the room engineered so 10% of joins start a trial. Behind it went email automations, landing page, VSL, and social proof, plus 7-day onboarding emails to drive product usage and perceived value early. Twitter ran the HVCO first, then free-trial CTAs. Set up once, then it ran.

The Results

$31.2k to $64k in 30 days without growing socials, and later $95,138 MRR. Capture is what moved: MOFU went 1,200 to 2,700 and Discord joins 723 to 1,554, so even as the trial-start rate normalized from 21% to 17.66%, free trials started tripled in absolute terms. Then retention did the other half of the work — 80% of trials converted and churn fell from 22% to 11.3%, which is why the new volume compounded instead of cycling.

The Business

Keyflow Trades is Harris Ahmed’s brand, selling Cobra Trading on Whop at $100 a month behind a 7-day free trial: daily live trading, a full A–Z ICT course, and weekly classes. His content is technical chart work, which pulls a sophisticated viewer rather than a beginner one. He teaches and trades. The conversion layer is ours.

Traffic was never the problem. He was running 3 million monthly impressions on Instagram with 4,350,000 measured on day one, and the viewer was already qualified. What the audience produced was 1,032 MOFU and 833 Discord joins, with only 16.4% of MOFU starting a free trial, 9.47% of trials converting, and 28% churn draining the rest. YouTube and TikTok sat untouched. The audience was there. The machine that turns that audience into $100 members was not.

What We Did

The lever was three funnels stacked on the one platform already working — we did not touch YouTube or TikTok, just Instagram and a little Twitter. First, a comment-keyword HVCO: comment p3e, claim the strategy checklist, then a 7-day email sequence into the free-trial VSL. Second, link-in-bio splitting to the free trial and the free Discord. Third, IG story CTAs, which outperformed both. Under them we ran Discord sales automations on the free community and pointed paid Meta ads straight at the free trial, so cold traffic entered the same converting path as organic.

The Results

MRR just over tripled in 32 days, $11.5k to $36k, and it was close to doubled by day 7. Roughly 6K HCO claims fed it, and the sequences converted 88.6% of those emails into free trials. Churn dropped to 12.86%, so the new members stayed. Paid scaled on the same math: $2,000 of spend produced 386 trials at $5.61 each, $28 to acquire a $100 sale, 3X back up front and 23.5x ROAS. Whop printed $20,393 with 103 people in trial, Discord took 700 joins in 24 hours, and Instagram ran 20k to 143k.

The Business

CeeWilli is Chase’s Mind Over Markets, trading education sold on Whop: a VIP tier at $100/mo behind a 7-day free trial, with high-ticket mentorship at $6k above it. He makes more from Info than from trading, and low ticket outperforms the high ticket. Instagram @ceewillii and ceewilli.com are the front door, and Chase is the face, the coach, and the content.

He was at zero revenue and stuck at 2,000 followers for four to five months. Consistency was not the issue — he never went inconsistent with posting. The content simply was not getting the views, and there was nothing built to monetize the views it did get. No distribution and no offer path meant a working teacher with no business attached.

What We Did

The lever was content mechanics, coached for six months: hooks, sub-hooks, re-hooks, open loops, loop stacking, and visual hooks. That is what actually hit on his page. He did his half — group calls, 1:1s, the full course, consistent posting. As the views arrived we installed the monetization stack behind them: Whop, the 7-day free trial, email, the VSL, then the $6k high-ticket tier for the people the low ticket qualified.

The Results

$0 to $16k/mo. Distribution broke first — 2.5k to 20k followers in two weeks, one viral clip adding about 2,000 on its own, and Instagram now at 79k. Monetization tracked right behind it: $8k cash in 31 days, then a $10,725 month, $11,505 across 30 days, and MRR stepping $4,476 to $5,125 on 60 VIPs. The high-ticket tier stacked $11k all-time on top of a business that had produced nothing.

The Business

SavvyB is Brad Scholten, a day-trading coach running Savvy Traders on Whop. He posts the content and trades the markets, and Instagram is the face of the brand. Theo runs the funnel, and Brad gets weekend one-on-one coaching with Andy and Louis. Once the software is set, the business runs without him touching it.

He started from nothing, with Instagram sitting at 1.5k. Two problems at once: he could not get traffic into the community, and the traffic that did arrive did not convert. Neither side worked, so there was no point pushing harder on content — it would have poured into a container with no bottom.

What We Did

The lever was a funnel he never has to operate. We installed it end to end — Whop, ManyChat, HVCO PDFs in Savvy’s Levels and ICT Level, GHL emails, the VSL, and a 7-day trial — so traffic had an entry point and a conversion path in the same motion. Theo stayed hands-on and step-by-step any time Brad wanted something added. Every weekend we went through the whole business with him one-on-one and cut what was not working. Set up once, it runs itself, leaving him with trading and a little content.

The Results

A little over two months in, he 3xed MRR in the trading business and 10xed his following. The prints climbed in sequence — $1,386, then $3,465, then $4,059, through $5,000 on the community and on to $5,400, a 5X on where he started. Distribution scaled with it: Instagram 1.5k to 41k, one reel adding 400 followers and another adding 2k off a 300k-view run.

3M Trading is Adrian — Raza, @razzatradezzz — and Spencer. Instagram-first with 280k followers, selling a trading community that lives on Whop. It is now the #1 most-used trading Whop, with 2,000 minutes of member usage every single day. They trade and post. The machine behind the audience is ours.

Revenue was going the wrong direction: the board showed $28,460 for Oct 2–Nov 2, down from $36,195, with churn at 33.13% pulling out members faster than they came in. The conversion rates looked excellent on paper — 92.23% MOFU-to-trial, 76.5% trial-to-paid — because they were percentages of almost nothing: 157 MOFU emails in 30 days against 1,288 Discord joins. There were zero email automations, no VSL, and no onboarding sequence. The audience was already large. Nothing captured it, and nothing kept what it caught.

What We Did

We did not grow their socials. We rebuilt the machine that monetizes the socials they already had. Capture came first: a high-value one-page second-monitor lead magnet, then CTA quantity and CTA quality through ManyChat and Instagram story CTAs — one Raza story alone put 20 trial signups on the board in 19 hours off 145k views and 3,700 replies. Email went from zero to a week-long sequence that routes opt-ins to the VSL and free-trial page, plus 7-day onboarding emails. We rebuilt the landing page, VSL, offer, and trial length, restructured the free Discord for more touchpoints and more time on product, then surveyed the highest-LTV members, took what they actually use, and taught it to every new signup so usage spiked instead of drifting.

The Results

MRR doubled in 30 days, the board moving $28,460 to $64,521. Volume was the engine: MOFU went 157 to 4,300 — 40x the emails — and free trials started 4x’d, with 9.1% of that far larger list converting into trials. Trial-to-paid settled from 76.5% to 35.3%, still double the usual 15–20% and now measured against real scale. Churn was cut in half, Discord joins climbed to 1,811, and 250 seven-day trials sat live in the pipe. They printed $46,270 in MRR on the way up.

Johnny Del Real is the face of Top Floor Trading, a trading Discord with Instagram @itsjoohnnyy as the front door. He came in with a live community and a real audience, wanting both scaled at the same time.

$9k MRR and 10k Instagram — a functioning business, not a broken one. The constraint was not effort or product, it was sequencing: he did not know the specific moves that grow a trading Discord, so work went into guessing. Without a ranked list of actions, more posting and more time would have produced more of the same result.

What We Did

The lever was direction, not tooling. We told him the specific things to do to grow the business, in order, across the Discord and the socials, then held him to running them consistently instead of testing new ideas every week. No guessing — a list of moves and execution against it.

The Results

In 174 days he doubled monthly recurring revenue, $9k to $20k, on the same brand with the same face. The audience doubled with it, 10k to 20k Instagram over the same window, which is what makes the next multiple cheaper than the last. He is heading toward 3x and 4x.

Bag Talk Rell is Tyrell Ryan — everyone calls him Rell — a former high-school math teacher who teaches SMC, futures, and options under T Ryan Services LLC. The low-ticket is $99 a month behind a 3-day free trial on Whop (BAG TALK SMC), with a high-ticket mentorship lane and a free Discord in front of both. He is the face, the teacher, and the content. The free community was stuck at 900 for months. Instagram was slow and could not find traction. The low-ticket launch slipped from November into January. He was already teaching and already posting. The bottleneck was a distribution channel that actually moved people into the room — more Instagram would have sat on the same 900.

What We Did

The lever was giving the new traffic a paid destination, then pointing a channel that actually moved at it. We installed the low-ticket machine: Whop at $99 with a 3-day trial, Manychat, the HVCO Entries Checklist, GHL emails, the free.bagtalksmc.com trial and waitlist, and the VSL. He ran Threads as the front door after Instagram stalled. The stack sat under that CTA so the new leads had somewhere to convert.

The Results

Leads doubled in one month. Discord almost doubled in under two months. The free community went from stuck at 900 for months to 1,600 after the CTA moved to Threads in early February. That is the print behind both multiples. Low ticket later sat stagnant. High ticket was his best sales year — no dollar attached.

K2 is Kaden Cambron — Kaden Trades on Instagram, k2_trading in the room. He teaches options through his PRB Model and sells a live-trading community at $150 a month behind a free trial, with a $600 lifetime sitting next to it. Instagram @kadentradess is the front door. He is the face, the trader, and the content. The offer architecture and the funnel under it are what turned the attention into a month.

He came in on free content and a stack he built himself for under $40 a month. The first prints were small: two $70 sales, then almost $2k MRR, then $1.7k MRR while the real cash was $600 lifetime deals — $4.6k in October, $4k already in the first stretch of November. Nine people on $150, 17% churn, a 1.4% Whop-page convert. The audience was moving (270k impressions, 350 into the free Discord, 38 onto the trial) and the money was still a lifetime grind. More traffic would have sold more $600 one-times. It would not have made a month.

What We Did

The lever was turning a lifetime-heavy offer into a month that could compound: free trial into $150, the lead magnets (checklist, bias guide, ratings guide), ManyChat, MailerLite, and a page that actually converted the IG traffic instead of leaking it. He kept posting — four shorts a day plus a long-form week. We kept the destination under it so the followers had somewhere to pay besides a one-time $600.

The Results

$1.7k MRR to $30k/mo. He wrote it himself: scaled to 20k a month profit in 3 months on the free content, then joined the low ticket. By January he was capped at 20–30k/m. Instagram ran 2k to 38,795. October put 350 in the free Discord and 38 on the trial off 270k impressions. 71 paid (lifetime, monthly, and trial) sat next to about 900 free.

EnvxyTrades is Huzaifah — Envxy — teaching PO3 and one-to-one mentorship out of envxyskingdom.co. Instagram @envxytrades is the front door. He is the face, the mentor, and the content. The community lives on Whop as Envxy's Kingdom. He posts. The systems that turn those views into the right customers are what we run.

He onboarded late August 2025 with an audience that was not yet a business. A month in he was still early on the money — $1k MRR on the board, aiming at 5k, 10k/month as the short-term goal. Views were coming and the comments were good, but the leads were tofu and the month had not shown up yet. More content without a system would have been more tofu.

What We Did

The lever was systems that target the right customers, not more posting. We installed the content style he is still pumping — visual hooks on the same scripts (one video did 75k views) — and the conversion layer under it: HVCO, the trial path, Whop, and the call process that later closed a $3k high-ticket (1k cash, four-month plan). Louis and Andy on the calls. The course and the weekly scoreboard so he knew what was working.

The Results

Zero to 22.8k Instagram. About a month in he said it on tape: already 2x'd the business, looking at 10x in the next five months. So many views the content style was working like crazy. $1k MRR printed on the way. One video 75k. The first high-ticket close was $3k.
